New Year, New Day, New Blog. Yay!
I’m Korey Broderick, and I love to read. I read for pleasure. I read to deal with stress. I read to pass the time. I’ve been fortunate to read some excellent stories, and now I want to write about them. If you’re someone who enjoys young adult, fantasy, or sci-fi stories that feature a broader, more diverse array of characters and plot elements, then you’ll probably find something here that’ll suit you.
Aside from reading, I enjoy movies, a bit of trash TV, and holding long cuddle sessions with my 4 yr old American Shorthair, Mrs. Fluffers. I work in Communications, so I write quite a bit for a living. I used to blog back in the day (mostly on my highly-underrated Tumblr), so I’m excited to be back at it.
As a queer woman, I appreciate the work of other women and queer folks. I also enjoy stories from authors from other marginalized communities. There’s so much great work out there, especially if you have an open mind.
